We have ALL been here before, yesterday, the day before, the day before that...  We all have our finger the pulse of the prevailing consumer sentiments rooted in today's marketplace...

Bernie Madoff, R. Allen Stanford, Scott Rothstein, AIG going bust and getting bailed out for splurging on shaky mortgages, and Goldman Sachs settling SEC fraud charges for $550 million...  Consumer confidence in free capital markets, financial products and services, and insurance is on a long vacation, if not evaporated altogether.  The good news - absolute zero consumer confidence in government social programs as well.

Here's what you provide:  A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic approach to our marketing partnership for the term of our engagement, AND,
top-to-bottom and inside-out knowledge of the products and services that you are offering and effective presentation skills.  If we feel that you need to spend more time under the wing of your Managing Director we will suspend our engagement until you have acquired the neccessary presentation skills and product knowledge.  

Presentations resulting from a Gallaher Read engagement are always presented by you, our client, and you alone.  No co-presentations  with your Managing Director or a Sales Support Specialist from your principal's regional office.  No "ride-alongs" by evaluators from your principal's home office, a new agent-in-training from your office, or your 22 year old cousin that aspires to be just like you and wants to see how a presentation works.  No training wheels!

This offer is a for-profit venture for Gallaher Read - you need to be completely up-to-speed on your products and project a confident and convincing presentation to the qualified prospects that we dig up for our relationship to fire on all cylinders and work for both of us.

$500.oo per closed, paid-for product or contract sale is the flat rate, all-inclusive fee that you remit immediately to Gallaher Read upon receiving your commission check.  Gallaher Read is wagering on your success and our skin is most definitely in your game! 
Is $500.00 for a closed app brought in from the cold a worthwhile commitment to make in forming a relationship with Gallaher Read?  In a word - Yes

A new client that we bring in from the cold and you score into your ledger is, from that point on, the hottest of your warm market.  Managed properly, you should be able to guide your new client into a whole suite of products and services in the coming years, as well as accessing and working the client's family, social, and business relationships.

Working with Gallaher Read long enough to put two or three apps your  Managing Director's In box is likely to be a positive enough of a result to keep the words "failed to launch," "can't sell his way out of a paper bag that's on fire," "inept," "ineffective," "low-energy," "weak," and  "loser" out of your Managing Director's mind and mouth when your name is mentioned in the office.  Turned-in apps that convert to contracts are very useful in keeping leads flowing in your direction from your Managing Director and the principal entity that you represent, AND preventing them from even thinking of terminating your agency agreement!
